1. What is this campaign about?
   This campaign celebrates Aruba Bank’s 100 years of service by helping more customers become homeowners. It includes special benefits, expert guidance, and the chance to win cash prizes when signing a mortgage deal before August 31, 2025.
   
   
2. What are the benefits offered in this campaign?
   
   Customers can enjoy:
   - Buy Now, Pay Later – 6 Months (or 3 months for refinances with fresh funds starting at AWG 50,000)
   - Dedicated Mortgage Advisors
   - Loan Tenor up to 30 Years
   - Attractive Interest Rates
   - Chance to win up to AWG 50,000 in cash prizes
   
   
3. Who can participate in the campaign?
   Anyone applying for a new mortgage or refinancing with fresh funds of AWG 50,000 or more can participate. Also, customers of other local banks can apply for a Mortgage at Aruba Bank.
   
   
4. How does the Buy Now, Pay Later work?
   Qualified customers can defer payments for up to 6 months after signing their mortgage agreement. Refinancing customers may be eligible for a 3-month payment deferral, depending on fresh fund criteria (minimum AWG 50.000 fresh funds).
   
   
5. How can customers win the cash prizes?
   Customers who sign a mortgage deal before August 31^st, 2025, are automatically entered into a draw to win part of AWG 50,000 in prizes:
   - 1^st Prize: AWG 25,000.-
   - 2^nd Prize: AWG 15,000.-
   - 3^rd Prize: AWG 2,500.- each (4x winners)
   
   
6. When and how will be winners be informed?
   Winners will be announced during the week of September 10^th, 2025. The winners will be notified via telephone, and they will be invited to visit the bank to collect their respective prizes.
   
   
7. What is a Mortgage Advisor, and how can I speak to one?
