Customer Service Kiosk

This machine is a self-service terminal which enables you to perform Customer Service related tasks at your convenience. There is no need to fill out forms or wait for assisted service. Our Customer Service Kiosk is located at our Camacuri Branch and San Nicolas Branch and is open during weekdays and on weekends from 8:00am - 9:00pm. Our third and fourth Customer Service Kiosks are located at our Hato and Mainstreet Express Branch, open during weekdays/ office hours from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
