You can set up standing order for bill payments by completing the instruction form and submitting it for processing at any of our branches or create your own standing order on Aruba Bank Online®
Your application will be processed within two working days and will become effective on the requested date
Please return the signed instruction form and bring a valid ID to one of our branches.

Service and Assistance
You can instruct us to pay your ELMAR, WEB and SETAR bills automatically each month using a standing order. This will save you a lot of time. Simply apply for Aruba Bank Online®.
There is still the option to set‐up a standing order at one of our branches. Simply complete and sign the Standing Order Instruction Form, sign the form, and submit it together with a valid ID at your preferred branch. Your request will be processed within two working days and forwarded to the utility company. The standing order will be activated when we receive a confirmation from the utility company. Until the standing order has been activated, please monitor your account every 5th of the month and if a payment has not been withdrawn from your account yet then please continue to pay directly to the utility company through our online banking or your preferred payment method. As soon as the payments start going automatically, you will no longer need to pay directly.
