Service and Assistance
Standing orders can be set up in branches for certain bill payments. To do so, complete and sign the Standing Order Instruction Form available at our branches, submit it along with a valid ID at your preferred branch, and the request will be processed within two working days.
The standing order will be activated once confirmed by the bank. Until then, it is recommended to check your account regularly and continue making payments manually if necessary.
However, please note that standing orders for WEB, ELMAR, and SETAR can no longer be requested in-branch and must be set up online. By using online banking services, you can easily manage and automate these payments, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
With online banking, you have the flexibility to schedule both one-time and recurring payments anytime, from anywhere. You can make payments and arrange recurring payments via Aruba Bank Online® and Aruba Bank App®
