Terms and Conditions - Aruba Bank Cuenta ABC Savings Campaign 2025

1. Campaign Period
   This campaign is valid from February 3, 2025, to April 30, 2025. Applications submitted outside this period will not be eligible for the prize draw.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   
   • Participants must be residents of Aruba.
   • Participants must open a new Cuenta ABC Savings Account during the campaign period. 
     
     
3. Prize
   One (1) winner will be selected to receive AWG 1,000.- deposited into the Cuenta ABC Savings Account.
   
   
4. Winner Selection:
   
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
   • The draw will take place during the week of May 12, 2025, at Aruba Bank N.V.
   • Aruba Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected winner.
     
     
5. Winner Notification 
   
   • The winner will be notified via phone or email as provided during the account opening process.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, another winner may be selected.
     
     
6. Prize Redemption
   
   • The AWG 1,000 prize will be directly deposited into the winner's Cuenta ABC Savings Account of the child, within 10 business days of confirmation.  
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
     
   
   
7. General Conditions
   
   • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
   • Aruba Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
   • Employees of Aruba Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
   
8. Publicity
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the campaign, including but not limited to photo sessions, interviews, or press releases.
