What you need to apply for a Small Business Account

Make sure you have the minimal required documents:

 

Sole Proprietorship

  • Original Chamber of Commerce extract (less than 1 month old)
  • Copy of 2 valid IDs of owners, Managing Directors, and signatories/ proxies
  • Copy of recent (less than 1-month-old) utility bill OR copy registration government department/agency (e.g. Censo also less than 1-month-old)
  • Latest financial statements (if your company is already in business)

 

Legal Entities established in Aruba:

  • Articles of incorporation/association
  • If applicable, amendments on articles of incorporation/association
  • Original Chamber of Commerce extract (less than 1 month old)
  • If applicable, Board's resolution
  • Signed Shareholders’ register
  • Copy of 2 valid IDs of owners, Managing Directors, and signatories/ proxies
  • Copy of recent (less than 1-month-old) utility bill OR copy registration government department/agency (e.g. Censo also less than 1-month-old)
  • Latest financial statements (if your company is already in business)
