Aruba Bank celebrates appreciation for its employees with the theme: You Inspire Me

This year’s theme, “You Inspire Me,” pays tribute to the daily contributions and dedication of its staff, who inspire excellence within the organization.
During the celebration, various activities were held. Employees enjoyed a Special Treat at each branch to start the week on a festive note, a meaningful Thanksgiving Lunch provided an opportunity to express gratitude, an interactive Scavenger Hunt fostered collaboration and creativity, and a valuable session on personal financial management offered useful tips for financial well-being.
“These activities reflect our commitment to recognizing and valuing our employees. Their efforts and dedication are fundamental to our success, and we want them to know how much they inspire us,” said Militza Oduber-Gietel, Regional Human Resources Manager.
