Employees are thanked during End of Year Party for making it happen

Aruba Bank held its End of Year Party, on Saturday, December 9th, at the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. During the well-attended event, the bank’s Management Board, headed by Michiel Helfrich and Sharon Fränkel- De Cuba, thanked everyone for all their efforts throughout the year. They emphasized that the success of Aruba Bank is built on the efforts of their employees. 

Furthermore, they highlighted the fact that Aruba Bank performed well in 2017, and that they move on to a new year grateful for the positive results. They also looked forward to entering 2018 with the same enthusiasm and motivation to continue to offer clients a superior experience,  and at the same time make the bank a better workplace for all and continue to work in achieving higher employee satisfaction. 

Aside from the great, holiday-inspired, atmosphere, staff who performed exemplary well during the year were presented with awards and recognized by the Department heads.
