Aruba Bank is continuously supporting the development of digital education at different schools on the island. Colegio Felipe B. Tromp received a donation from Aruba Bank to support the establishment of a state-of-the-art STEAM-Lab at the school. This initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to enhancing education and fostering innovation among young learners in Aruba.
Colegio Felipe B. Tromp, an innovative institution with over 300 students, has been at the forefront of integrating digital literacy into its curriculum. The school’s initiative to create a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) classroom will help students develop critical 21st-century skills, including creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving, through hands-on learning experiences.
Aruba Bank’s sponsorship helped fund essential materials and devices necessary that have helped build the STEAM-Lab, which will provide students with opportunities to explore core STEAM subjects and engage in collaborative, creative projects. This partnership underscored Aruba Bank’s dedication to community development, particularly in empowering the next generation through education.
We are delighted to be a part of such a meaningful project. By supporting the STEAM-Lab, we are investing in the future of our children, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to thrive in a digital world.
