Aruba Bank highlights sponsorship and key contributions at the LIDERA Conference 2024

Aruba Bank proudly celebrates its sponsorship and key role in the LIDERA Conference 2024, held on September 6th and 7th at the Hilton Resort. The conference, themed "LIMITLESS," gathered thought leaders, professionals, and young athletes to engage in two days of education, inspiration, and empowerment.

As a committed sponsor, Aruba Bank played a pivotal part in supporting the conference’s mission to inspire attendees to break through personal and societal barriers. The Youth Athlete Event on September 6th allowed young athletes to attend free of charge. The event featured renowned performance coach Allistair McCaw, who shared strategies for developing a limitless mindset both on and off the field.

On September 7th, the main LIDERA Conference took place, drawing a diverse audience eager to explore how to overcome limitations in their personal and professional lives. Attendees engaged in impactful sessions, including keynote speeches and panel discussions, designed to foster a mindset of limitless possibilities.

Aruba Bank was also honored to have our Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Mrs. Nataly Simmons-Thompson, deliver the opening remarks for the conference. In her powerful speech, she emphasized the importance of breaking through barriers and embracing growth, aligning perfectly with the conference's "LIMITLESS" theme.
