Aruba Bank is proud to have sponsored the 3-day workshop of Kompas for Students Aruba Foundation, a vital initiative dedicated to supporting Aruban students transitioning to life and education in the Netherlands. This partnership underscores Aruba Bank’s commitment to community development, education, and the future of young Arubans.

Kompas for Students, founded in Amsterdam in 2018 and Aruba in 2024, provides essential tools, knowledge, and guidance to Aruban students navigating their new lives abroad. The program focuses on financial literacy, emotional well-being, and personal development, ensuring students are well-prepared for academic and personal success in the Netherlands.

The Kompas 2024 program includes workshops on budgeting, nutrition, emotional intelligence, and Dutch culture, alongside a free one-year subscription to an online mental health platform offering psychology services and well-being masterclasses.
