Aruba Bank Signs New Collective Working Agreement with FTA

The agreement, reached in record time, reflects Aruba Bank's and FTA’s dedication to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its workforce.
The newly revised Collective Working Agreement encompasses several significant benefits that will positively impact Aruba Bank employees. Key highlights include adjustments to vacation days, leave of absence, maternity leave, time-back arrangements, and allowances for specific positions. These enhancements aim to provide a better work-life balance, recognizing the importance of personal and professional needs for our employees.
Effective January 2023, the revised Collective Workers Agreement will be in effect until December 2025. This agreement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Mr. Rudy Geerman and Mr. Ryan Giel from the FTA. On behalf of Aruba Bank, Mrs. Nataly Simmons, Mrs. Nathalie Joho, and Mrs. Gjalynn Kolfin. Mrs. Mirla Koolman and Mr. Alexander Arends are the shop stewards.
