In celebration of its 100th anniversary serving the Aruban community, Aruba Bank proudly announces its continued commitment to sustainability and the island’s well-being. As part of its "Legacy Project," Aruba Bank has made a significant donation of AWG 100,000 to the Aruba Conservation Foundation to support the transformation of Hofi Shon Shoco into a sustainable and educational space.

“It is a great pleasure for us to be here today with the Aruba Conservation Foundation, an organization that plays a key role in preserving our natural environment,” stated Aruba Bank.

“As part of our 100-year celebration, we are very proud to contribute to a project that emphasizes education, conservation, and well-being for future generations,” shared Nataly Simmons-Thompson, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer of Aruba Bank, with all those present during the visit and donation ceremony.

The transformation of Hofi Shon Shoco will serve as a model of a sustainable garden, incorporating educational elements, ecological restoration, and community engagement. The goal is to create a space not only to protect Aruba’s natural heritage but also to inspire love and respect for nature within our community.

Aruba Bank expresses its gratitude to the Aruba Conservation Foundation for its passion, dedication, and vision for a greener and more sustainable Aruba. This donation reflects Aruba Bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in projects that have a positive impact on both the community and the environment.
