Aruba Bank announces major scholarship donation agreement with Aruba Scholarship Foundation

In a significant move to support the education of Aruban youth, Aruba Bank N.V. has agreed with the Aruba Scholarship Foundation (ASF). 

The agreement outlines Aruba Bank's commitment to donate 9,000 Aruban Florin annually over the next four years, from the academic year 2024-2025 through 2027-2028, to fund scholarships for local students.

The Aruba Scholarship Foundation, with a 30-year history of providing educational scholarships, has embarked on a new fundraising initiative aimed at supporting the educational aspirations of Aruban students for the next four years. 
This partnership with Aruba Bank marks a significant milestone in ASF's efforts to empower the next generation through education.

Edseline Leer–Semeleer, Head of Retail Banking, and Ramon Mas, Head of Corporate & Platinum Banking of Aruba Bank, expressed their enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "Aruba Bank is deeply committed to the development and prosperity of our community.

Representative of the Aruba Scholarship Foundation, Mrs. Lydia Emerencia, Secretary of the Board, expresses gratitude to Aruba Bank for their contribution and shares valuable information about their role in our community to ensure the education of our future leaders.

Payments from Aruba Bank will be made annually, directly contributing to the foundation's scholarship fund, ensuring that aspiring students receive the support they need to pursue higher education.
