Aruba Bank Introduces first Self-Service Area in San Nicolas
The Smart Deposit Machine hosts several features that allow our customers to deposit cash on their account, pay their utility bills (WEB, ELMAR, SETAR), and pay their credit card. All transactions are immediately available on their account.
The services are available to both individual and commercial account holders, with a debit card (ATM). Both Guilder/Florin and US Dollar (AWG and USD) bills are accepted, each needs to be deposited separately.
In addition to the Smart Deposit Machine, the Self-Service Area houses an ATM machine and a Customer Service Kiosk.
At the ATM machine customers can do more than just withdraw funds, they can check their account balance, change their PIN, look at or print a mini-statement, and transfer funds from one of their accounts to another one of their accounts. The San Nicolas branch now has two ATM machines.
At the Customer Service Kiosk, customers can change their personal information, activate text banking, link an account to an ATM card, increase the ATM limit, replace a credit card, report a lost credit card, request a card PIN number, request an overdraft, make transfers to third parties and more. The Self-Service Area will be open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm daily.
