Aruba Bank N.V. is resuming regular business hours, starting Monday, November 2nd,  2020, from 8:00 am. until 4:00 pm. 
  
The bank continues to encourage customers to use online and self-service banking options, available during the week and during the weekends, from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, at Camacuri, San Nicolas, and Paradera Drive-Thru, and to limit their visits to the Camacuri, Hato, and San Nicolas branches.

Aruba Bank assists customers with interest-only payment relief for the coming 3 months
 
Oranjestad, September 3, 2020--Aruba Bank N.V. has been working hard to find ways to assist customers whose incomes have been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.
  
During the last six (6) months the bank extended assistance to customers, individuals and businesses, whose incomes were affected.
  
We understand the financial pressure that many of our customers, both individuals and businesses, are facing and we are here to help. 
 
Individuals whose finances have continued to be affected by the Covid-19 crisis may apply here for an interest-only-payment for the coming three (3) months: arubabank.com/campaigns/corona-relief

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Two (2) office employees at Aruba Bank N.V at Hato have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The employees are currently in isolation. The bank immediately closed the affected location for thorough cleansing. 

We follow recommended guidelines from Directie Volksgezondheid (DVG) and other public health authorities to disinfect the space and common areas.
In the meantime, we have identified and notified those who came into close contact with the employees to provide more information on steps to take and to instruct them to self-quarantine for (fourteen) 14 days.

Aruba Bank continues to maintain the mandatory use of masks in all branches and other preventive measures, such as social distancing, limiting the amount of persons in branches and offices at any given moment.

All our ATM’s, Smart Deposit Machines and Night Depositories will remain operational as usual. We will continue to deliver services to our customers via our Contact Center (527 7777) (from 8:00 am until 6:30 pm) and via our website (www.arubabank.com)

In response to the escalation of the measures according to the Government’s contingency plan for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and for the safety of our customers, employees, and the general public we have decided that starting August 5th, 2020, Aruba Bank will require that all persons visiting their branches at Camacuri, Hato, and San Nicolas, wear a mouth-mask.

Aruba Bank N.V. has been working hard to find ways to assist customers whose incomes have been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.

The bank is announcing its efforts to extend its assistance for customers, individuals and businesses, whose incomes continue to be affected.

The temporary measures will be re-evaluated as the situation evolves during the coming months and will be designed to help each customer individually.

Aruba Bank N.V. is resuming regular services, at its Camacuri, San Nicolas, and Hato Branch, starting Monday, May 18th, 2020, from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

The bank will have dedicated services from 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m., during the first week of each month, only for pensioners (60+). 

 The bank continues to encourage customers to use online and self-service banking options and limit their visits to the branches. Customers who need in branch assistance to transact online can now receive assistance at the Digital Lounges at Camacuri, San Nicolas, and Hato branch. Please schedule appointments online using our e-Appointment service: https://www.arubabank.com/services/24-7-banking/e-appointment or call our Contact Center at 527-7777. 

Assistance for the following services will be available at the Digital Lounges: Account Opening (existing and new customers), applying for/activating/using Aruba Bank Online, applying for/downloading/using the Aruba Bank App, making utility bill payments, making instant deposits on accounts and credit cards, conducting loan applications, making changes in personal information, PIN, requesting interest letters, requesting overdrafts, and more. 

The bank confirms that a range of social distancing measures will be in place at all of the branches. These include two-meter floor markers, limiting the number of customers in branches at any one time, and newly installed Plexiglass screens at the tellers and client-facing areas.

• For the safety of our customers, the area is monitored by security cameras 24/7. Bags are available for deposit, and must have the name/last name, total amount of deposit, and account number of the customer. In connection with Good Friday and Easter Monday our Camacuri and San Nicolas Branch will be closed on Friday, April 10 and Monday April 13, 2020.

Today we introduced 2 (two) new services: Deposit-on-the-go and Banking-by-appointment to support our customers during the COVID-19 crisis.

Customers who need to make deposits greater than AWG.10,000, or deposit coins, are now able to do so via the Deposit-on-the-go! facility at Hato.

All withdrawals are to take place via ATM's. In case the customer does not have a debit (ATM) card they may contact the Bank between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, at 527-7888, 527-7959 for an appointment.

 Deposits
In case customers are unable to make use of the Smart Deposit Machine, they may use the Deposit-on-the-go service located at our Hato Branch. This service is available for deposits greater than AWG 10,000 and coin deposits. Please find herewith important information concerning Pensioners, credit card payments, and insurance payments for the coming period.  

  1. 1. All pensioners that have an account at Aruba Bank N.V. and do not have an Aruba Bank Mastercard Debit with Maestro, please call 527-7777 to arrange the payment of their pension for April 1, 2020.
     
  2. 2. Aruba Bank N.V. will apply a moratorium of 90 days on all insurance payments for customers of Aruba Bank N.V., who are unable to make their monthly payments. Only customers who are unable to make the monthly payments are encouraged to send an e-mail to Insurance@arubabank.com including: 

    1. Bank account number, 
    2. First name and Surname, 
    3 . Telephone number / Mobile.

  3. 3. Customers who are not able to comply with their monthly credit card payments (have a loss of income) may send an email to Creditcardalivio@arubabank.com , including the following documents:

    1. Bank Account Number;
    2. First name and Last name;
    3. Type of credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
    4. The last 6 digits of the credit card;
    5. A copy of a valid driver’s license, cedula, or passport;
    6. A letter of your employer confirming loss of income 

    Each request will be handled on a case-by-case-basis and will receive a notice of the decision.

    *Please note that the credit card in question will be deactivated during the period for which the relief has been requested and will be activated as soon as the first payment is received and/or as of July 1st (if payment is received). Customers who wish to continue with the monthly credit card payments (standing orders), can continue doing so. Corporate customers may contact their Account Manager.
