    1. Open the app and select "Link Bank Account".
    2. Choose Aruba Bank from the list.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.

    Yes! You can link up to four (4) Aruba Bank accounts to Sentoo.me.
  • 10. Can I link my joint bank account?
    Yes, joint accounts can be linked. However, Sentoo.me may require additional verification for joint accounts. If needed, you will be asked to provide proof of account ownership.
  • 11. My joint account co-owner also wants to link the account. Is that possible?
    Yes! If the joint account is already verified for one user, the co-owner must email support@sentoo.me with a screenshot of the account details (showing both account holders' names) for verification.
  • 12. How do I verify my bank account in the Sentoo.me app?
    1. Sentoo.me will make a small verification deposit (AWG 0.01 or $0.01 USD) into your linked Aruba Bank account.
    2. Check your bank statement for a deposit from Sentoo B.V.
    3. The transaction description will contain a verification code.
    4. Enter this code in the Sentoo.me app to complete your verification.
     
  • 13. I received the verification deposit, but I don’t see where to enter the code in the app. What do I do?
    Your Sentoo.me account is still in the verification process. This typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Once completed, the app will notify you and prompt you to enter the verification code. Do not delete the app, as this may reset the process.
