Aruba Bank claims the sole and exclusive responsibility for organizing and tracking the Promotion and choosing the winner, and is responsible for delivering the prize to the winner and companion. 

Eligibility: Start Spreading the News, Aruba Bank take you to New York Credit Card Promotion is open to Visa and Mastercard Aruba Bank Credit Card Cardholders, who are at least 18 years of age or older, except for management and employees of Aruba Bank, and partners. All purchases made with any Aruba Bank Credit Cards, have a chance of winning.

Rules of Entry: Subject to the exceptions below, with each purchase made on any Aruba Bank Credit Card from July 5th till August 31st, 2022, at any local, online or overseas merchant, the Cardholder will be automatically entered into the draw.  Subject to the exceptions below, each such purchase on the Card for local, online or overseas purchases is considered to be one entry.  Account adjustment transactions/returns, late payment fees, over–limit or over–draft fees, return cheque fees, cash advances, annual fees, ATM withdrawals, balance transfers and/or other fees assessed on your account are not considered eligible transactions for entry into the draw. Any unauthorized card uses or use of lost, stolen, or fraudulent Aruba Bank Credit Cards will also not be eligible transactions for entry into the draw, and Aruba Bank retains the right to render void any entry made as a result of any such transaction. Accounts of the winning Cardholder must be in good standing and not otherwise have privileges suspended. Use of your Aruba Bank Credit Cards to make a purchase and the acceptance of the prize if randomly selected as a winner, constitutes your consent to participate in this promotion and your consent for Aruba Bank to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information to the appropriate parties for the purpose of administering this promotion. Aruba Bank are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, third party transaction classification, transaction processing, or communication. Aruba Bank shall resolve any dispute in its absolute discretion and each Cardholder participating in the promotion agrees to abide by any such decision. 

Prize: The Promotion consists of one (1) prize, which consists of one travel package for the winner and his or her companion, which is not a monetary prize, and which cannot be sold, redeemed for cash or otherwise transferred. 
The prize package includes the following for the winner and his or her companion:
Air flights from and back from Aruba to New York City, United States. Six (6) days and five (5) nights and Hotel accommodations in New York City. 
Winner Selection:  The promotion’s electronic random drawing for the winner will take place on September 5th, 2022 (last transaction permitted on August 31st 11:59 pm).  Five (5) alternate winners will be selected, in the event a selected winner does not qualify or does not claim the prize. Winners will be notified by telephone number based on the Aruba Bank’s records. Winners, following the instructions provided upon contact by Aruba Bank, will have five (5) calendar days to claim the prize. Failure to do so could result in the prize being awarded to one of the alternate winners. All drawings will be electronically conducted by Aruba Bank according to Aruban law.  The prize will be awarded to the primary account holder (as determined by Aruba Bank) named on the account accessed for the automatic participation. Any such Winner agrees to participate in any public communication required by Aruba Bank to announce the prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.  
The winner and his travel companion must have a valid passport and valid visa if necessary. The visas required for the trip are the sole responsibility of the winner and his companion. 

Aruba Bank reserves the right to cancel this contest, extend and / or modify the conditions of the contest regarding the date of the draw, suspend or cancel the promotion, as well as the publications of the winner and his companion, and any another aspect related to it, after notification to local law and without this implying responsibility for Aruba Bank. The changes will be informed and published in a timely and satisfactory manner by the same means used for the publication, dissemination and dissemination of these rules.

Aruba Bank will not be responsible for any commitment, loss or direct or indirect damage that may arise from accepting the prize or that may arise from the use of the prize. In this way, the winner grants in favor of Aruba Bank, total discharge and legal settlement on this concept.
By participating in this promotion, the client accepts the rules as they have been defined.
