Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from November 19, at 12:01 AM to December 28, 2025 | 11:59 PM.

2. Eligibility Criteria

This promotion is open to Mastercard debit cardholders of Aruba Bank who meet the following
conditions:

• Must be legal residents of Aruba.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must reside in Aruba at the time of entry.
• Promotion is valid for personal debit cards only.

Additional requirements:

• The customer’s account must be in good standing.
• Personal contact details (address, email, and phone number) must be current at the time of entry and winner selection.

Ineligible participants include:

• Employees of Aruba Bank and its affiliated entities.

3. How to Qualify to Participate

Cardholders must replace and use their Mastercard debit card at least once during the campaign period.

• After activation and usage, every transaction gives an “entry” to participate
• There is no limit to the number of entries per cardholder.
• More qualifying purchases increase the chances of winning.

4. Prize Details

The grand prize is a Travel Experience to Buenos Aires, Argentina for two (2) people.

Each prize package includes:

• Flights: Two (2) round-trip business class tickets from Aruba (AUA) to Buenos Aires (EZE).
• Accommodation: Five (5) days and four (4) nights at a five-star luxury hotel.
• Meals: All meals included.

Activities:
• Dinner at Don Julio (ranked 19th Best Restaurant in the World)
• Full-day private city sightseeing tour
• Tango dinner show
• Soccer match day experience
• Gaucho ranch day tour

Transportation: Private airport-to-hotel transfers in Buenos Aires

Visa Requirement: No visa required for eligible participants

Prize Redemption Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance and completed within 12 months from the winner notification date.
• Travel dates are subject to hotel and airline availability. Blackout dates (e.g., major holidays and peak seasons) may apply.

The prize does NOT include:
• Meals or drinks not specified in the itinerary.
• Goods or services not explicitly mentioned.
• Personal expenses (e.g., mini-bar, room service, tips).
• Ground transportation in Aruba.
• Any additional travel documentation costs for the winner and companion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection Process:
• A random draw will be held at Aruba Bank headquarters on January 5, 2026 or earlier as applicable.

Notification:
• Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone number registered with Aruba Bank.
• It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

Prize Claim:
• Winners must claim the prize within five (5) business days of notification.
• If the winner fails to respond or cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• Aruba Bank and Mastercard reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Aruba Bank and Mastercard regarding the campaign are final and binding.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Aruba Bank and Mastercard are not responsible for technical failures, fraud, or misuse of the card.
• Aruba Bank and Mastercard are not liable for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
